In the event of any material failure (other than timber) or structural faults occurring within twelve months of the delivery date and attributable to the work of Town and Park Furniture, the relevant parts will be made good by Town and Park Furniture entirely at our cost in the shortest practicable time. |

TIMBER: The performance of timber on site in circumstances beyond our control is not guaranteed beyond three months from the date of delivery. Town and Park Furniture uses only furniture grade select kiln dried hardwood species of excellent durability standards (Grades 1 & 2). At the point of assembly and dispatch any timber components with visible faults will have been rejected by us.

OIL STAINING: Due to the density of the timbers used in our products, initial oil staining treatment will have limited penetration and therefore will normally require re-oiling within six months dependent upon exposure circumstances. Subsequent oil staining will gain improved penetration as a result of weathering of the timber surface. The period between re-staining treatments will extend in time to a yearly, or more extended, schedule.

REPLACEMENT PARTS : Framing components, timber planking, aluminium planking and fixings, can be made promptly available as replacement parts at any time. Typically, replacement parts are only ever requested after damage suffered from vehicle impact.
